1. Liability Release:  In signing this agreement, I hereby release OHPPBT, its officers, agents, individuals, club members, and sponsors from any and all damages, claims, demands, cost, or expenses relating to any property or persons which I may cause to sustain harm, damage, or injury, including death or which I may cause by reason of participation in or in connection with this or any other OHPPBT tournament or event.
2. for any damages on account of any injury or damage either personal or property, including death I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future in connection with this or any other OHPPBT. In the event OHPPBT or any of its members, or affiliates are sued due to my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold OHPPBT harmless from any liability whatsoever including but not limited to: court cost and attorneys fees arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving my rights, my heirs or relatives and family are not able to sue OHPPBT  and give up that right on my own free will.
3. Construction: If this agreement and the releases, covenants, and waivers contained herein are found by any court to be overly broad in any matter, I ask the court to interpret it as broadly as possible.
4. I agree by all rules and regulations of OHPPBT, the state and local laws at all times while fishing any OHPPBT event.
5. If I am the boat owner, (not the co-angler) I agree that I must keep liability insurance on my boat.
6. I agree not to sue, Waiver of Subrogation:  I further agree that I will never sue OHPPBT while fishing OHPPBT events to cover any accidents or damage to persons or property that I may cause or inflict.
7. I did not get an IRS form 1099 for the previous year for more than $8000.00 from fishing tournaments. (OHPPBT’s definition of a Pro is anyone who was 1099ed for $8000.00 or more from fishing tournament winnings)
8. Reading and Understanding: I signify by my signature below that I have read and understand the     agreements in paragraphs 1,2,3,4,5, 6 & 7 above.
